Hi @redcaz , I've had that issue on a MC888 router, it was the routers DNS server failing after 4 days to begin with and then every day later on. As a tempary work-around and to prove it, I manualy set the Wi-Fi DNS settings on our phones and smart TV etc from automatic (which detected 192.168.0.1) to 1.1.1.1 (for cloudfare) and 8.8.8.8 (for google DNS servers). My main computer was always set to manual DNS, so carried on getting an internet connection, when the phones etc (on autmatic DNS) didn't have internet. Also a reboot of the router also fixed the issue without changing the DNS and leaving it it on automatic on the phones Wi-Fi etc. However, that meant rebooting the router every day in the end.

Hey there.

This does sound incredibly frustrating. We'd be keen to help, but would like some more information regarding your issue.

Do you have no connection at all? Is your issue with slow speeds? Are you getting any error messages on your devices?

You can also take a look at our network checker to gain some insight into the coverage in your local area.
