Hi my broadband dropped yesterday not picking up 5g its very slow connection and no connection sometimes happend around 4.50pm can't get on netflix or ps5 as connection is not good fk3 *** area

I've had another check at this. and the issues in the area are estimated to be resolved later today. Hopefully you've already started to see improvements in the meantime, but please let me know either way.

Sorry to hear about the issues with 5G in your area. We've removed the 2nd half of the postcode to help keep your info safe, it's best not to share info like this on public forums.
You can check if we're aware of any issues in a postcode using our Network Status Checker here. I've had a look, and we're aware of and working to solve this issue as soon as possible.
