Can I change the DNS settings on the ZTE MC888 router?

Hi - on my previous broadband I had changed the settings on my router to point to the OpenDNS server.

I now have three 5g broadband and the ZTE MC888 router however I can't find in the router admin console where to change the DNS settings.

Is this even possible on the ZTE MC888 router?

Liam, I've had this too.  Came across this which I tried

And now I seem to be able to run without the DNS issues that were blocking up my work computer!
