Since some time today, I haven't been able to access the Internet Archive via my Three broadband.
I get the message:
Secure Connection Failed
An error occurred during a connection to archive.org. Peer received a valid certificate, but access was denied.
Error code: SSL_ERROR_ACCESS_DENIED_ALERT
Site does work on my 3 mobile connection, and on other broadband connections. Is this a problem at 3s end, or Internet Archive's end?

Changing DNS to Google's fixed the problem. So definitely something wrong with 3's settings.

Friday
I tried this on Chrome on my phone and I got the same error.
Altough when I try the same on Firefox I'm redirected to the following page https://www.three.co.uk/support/internet-and-apps/accessing-and-blocking-adult-content and if you scroll down there is a section "Sites being wrongly filtered"

Very unlikely, as the connection fails on different browsers when on 3 Broadband, but works when on another providers broadband.

Hi
You forgot another possibility, your browser settings
And imo this the only cause. So no problem with internet archive nor provider
