Also having nothing but trouble trying to get my hub set up. The three app does not accept the password beneath the "Device Manager Website" section of the sticker under the hub. Also tried the KEY as mentioned but this didn't work either.

My hub has been stuck on red light for network and not sure where to go from here.

Hi @CK2025,

If it's a new hub, I'd try removing and reinserting the SIM, as the red network light may mean that the SIM either isn't being read, or the hub didn't recognise that the SIM has been activated yet.

If you're using the Three App, you'll see a "Manage Broadband" option when you first open the app. This covers all our main devices and gives images of them, and the model number. When you select your hub it should walk you through the process to both join the Wi-Fi network and log in to the router admin.

Let me know if this helps,
Jonathan

Yes I'm the same, have you found a way yet?

The password is the one that says key not password. It is strange, but that is the one that works for me.

I had the same problem,  I went on the ip search.  First one I found just wanted me to sign up second one got me into the hub, still the password didn't work,  on my router the password that works was all the letters and numbers on the line with key on it. Hopefully this helps

Hello @JasonHGV,

That's not great to hear! We understand that this is an inconvenience.

Have you tried checking the Three 5G Broadband App to manage the router settings from your phone?

You can also access the hub admin page by typing the following Router IP into the address bar in any browser: 192.168.0.1 (ZTE), 192.168.8.1(Zyxel), or 192.108.8.1 (Huawei).

You may login with your default username and password, which can found on a sticker on the base of your hub.

If you have no success with any of this, please connect with our Home Broadband team, who will be able to help with some deeper troubleshooting.

Thanks,
Michael

Hi Michael, thanks for the reply. I’m not sure what hub I have! Nothing on the hub and nothing on the box or paperwork! I’ve had this same problem with my old hub and now this one! Would it be an idea to pop into the Three store with the hub? Thanks again.
