Home broadband down in SP3

Fledgling

Sometime between 18:27 and 19:27 on Feb 23rd my home braodband went down and its been down ever since. The network status page shows that there's an issue but I've got no idea when, or if, it's going to be fixed.

In passthrough mode, the NR5103EV2 is connected to the tower and gets an IPv4 address but nothing goes past its gateway (in this case, I can ping 188.30.64.18, but nothing the other side of it).
