How to see if switching credit for boardband has been applied to your account

I received an email 21/07/25 to say that the credit had been applied to my account, but the name was incorrect in that they addressed me I replied back letting them know and I have not heard from anyone, neither can I see the credit ?

Simplest way is to check the amount in the "your bill is ready" emails and texts,  

You should also be able to logon to your three account and view/download the monthy bills

It should show as an Adjustment
