I keep getting chased for not returning mu hub

Few weeks ago I canceled my three contact, I paid my early exit fee and I asked to a store near me if I can leave my hub to them. They told me yes and that they can send it back for me. I even got a receipt for that.

And now I got an email from three claiming that they have not received my hub and that I need to pay another 83 pounds.

Is this a scam or what?

Hubs are usually sent back directly by customers, as having proof of postage is vital for any issue that may arise.

If you still have proof from the store itself that they agreed to return it on your behalf, please have a chat with Customer Services, who'll look at getting this raised with the Logistics team to investigate.
