Did you mean:

It says broadband goes up £2 a month. Is that every month or each year

Fledgling

I don't understand what you mean when it says broadband will go up at £2 a month. The way it's put that means every month surely that is wrong. Or that means it goes up by £24 a year.

Hi @French4442,

Price increases for Broadband plans are definitely a one time per year increase of £2 to the Monthly Charge. Do you have the link, or can you point me to where you're seeing confusing information about this please?

Thanks,
Jonathan
