I bought a brand new sim and attempted to buy. data pack to get going but it kept telling me that I’m not allowed to use this service because apparently I had an active Add-On (how?! when I just bought the sim card??!) and I must wait until it runs out first. however it was happy allowing me to Top Up only. So I’ve topped up with £20 in the hope I can get the data pack at a later try only to find the £20 credit reduced down ro £1.90 only a couple of hours after topping and it blamed it on me apparently using “data”when I was at home under my WiFi and didn’t step a foot out of the house during this time!
and to try to get in touch with a human at Three is literally like trying to get in touch with Jesus, practically impossible. Since their chat bot is the type that belonged in the 90’s. It hasn’t developed one inch. The dumbest I’ve ever had to use.
what a grave mistake stepping into this service provider. an absolutely dire experience

That's quite strange. At first, it sounded like you purchased a SIM with a pack built into it, but since your credit was spent quite quickly after topping up, it doesn't sound like their was an active pack after all.
Only the support team on chat or phone would be able to look into it though, as no one here can access your Three account. Getting in touch with a person is usually pretty easy, the bot is only their to guide you to the right team member. I'd recommend heading through on one of the contact options on that page to get it looked into.
