Im having trouble conncting to my modem everything is went as expected untill i try to connect and put in password , the password on my modem isnt very clear it looks like 3xSM./!R but wheni try to connect with that is saying password incorrect can anyone help thankyou in advance , live chat unavailable so i cant get help there

I know it may not help but I'd suggest taking a close-up picture of the label on the modem. Filling the screen if possible. Then it may be easier to decipher the actual characters shown - I suspect you are simply reading a character incorrectly.
Taking a picture for reference is a good idea anyway. The other day I was cleaning some leaves out of a downpipe and found the modem label in there. It must have washed off... Luckily I have the picture I took before climbing out on the roof.

Is the password sticker faded or worn out at all?
Have you used the Three app to manage your Broadband settings? This might be a good place to start for setting things up.
