Hi,
I have had the 5G home broadband product for less than a week and have really poor upload speeds on 5G, which causes Xbox online games to be unplayable. The download speeds range from 250-300Mbps, which I am pleased with, but upload is around 5Mbps consistently!
When I first installed the modem I was only receiving a 4G signal (25Mbps up/~90Mbps up). I did not expect to see my upload speeds lower on 5G than they are on 4G.
Does anyone else have this issue? I cannot believe that it is a signal issue as that same signal carries traffic both up and downstream. I know that is what I will be hit with 'try relocating your device' by the 1st line support if I call them, so wanted to try here first in case there is a better solution.

Anyone else, or 3 tech support to comment before I raise a support call?
Getting very frustrating having next to nothing on the upload which really slows everything down.
