New mast installed near me

Hi a new mast has been installed near where I live and I would like to know when engineers will be at the site to switch it on the postcode on the mast itself is L28 7RD and the Cell ID is: KSY-102 or KSY-102 H3G thanks 🙂

Hi again Pete I don't know if you've seen my other message but the mast that's been installed near me isn't providing 1Gbps speeds as it should do you know if this is an issue with the speed that can reach the site or is it being optimised or....?

Hi Pete I would just like to know if there's any information on when this mast will go live apologies for bugging you so much about this I just can't wait for better signal where I live 😁 and I keep checking one.network for the next 12 months there's no work or anything planned every time I check

Hey there. 

I received an update this afternoon. The update doesn't provide us with a specific go live date, sadly. The team did confirm the site build is complete, which I'm sure you can already see anyway, and that things are going to plan, if not a bit slower than usual.

I hope the site goes live for you soon. Based on how far you are from it, you should get a real solid signal from it when it does.

Hi Pete the engineer has said he has another piece of kit to put into the cabinet he'll be doing that this afternoon, the internet cable has been looped into the cabinet and it'll go live in 2 - 3 weeks he said assuming he'll connect the Internet cable into the correct connection into the cabinet as well I'll have to see if I can get down there on the switch on date because it'll be cool seeing my phone going from 1 bar of signal to 2 then 3 then 4 bars

It's cool that the engineer was able to give so much information. Doesn't sound like it's going to be too much longer 🙂
