Sorry to hear that you've been experiencing disruption to your service. We've removed the 2nd half of the postcode as it's best not to share info like this on public forums, but we've had a check and there's an issue being worked on as a priority in this area.
You can also check if there's a known issue we're working on in any postcode using our Network Status Checker.
