network status stil showing "fixing an issue" in SO50 area

7+ days now of staring at the same screen " We are working on fixing an issue in this area at the moment.... will add any updates here". SO50 area

No updates and no help from the online agent apart from a meanlingless discount on the bill for the disruption to try and pacify the client.  I chose Three 5G  because fibre to my premises isn't possible and I am glad I retained my copper line connection for 12 months to provide a minimum useable connection if the Three 5G service failed ( which it has)

7 days+  working from home is an eternity without any further information on what the issue is and when it will be fixed.  Service was great while it was working and understand there can be technical issues but the lack of information and resolution is staggeringly poor client service

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been affected by an issue with the network, and moreover that the team hasn't been able to provide more info about when this will be resolved.
