Hi,
I have home broadband with Three in SE19 London, and it has been unusable since 20th March. It cuts off at around 8.30am in the morning and comes back late in the evening, making it impossible to work from home, which is how I work.
I had 2 live chat sessions with no solutions. Router restarted, reset, it doesn't have any pending updates, and it works late at night until around 8.30am; this has been the case in the past 3 days. It connects but the Network signal changes between red and blue. And signal strength stays at 1; however, there is no internet, not even a slow one. My devices connect but say "No internet". The upload/download speed drops to 0.0kbps...
I've got Three since December, it's not the best but haven't had this kind of problems before. I also took it to a different location to a cafe. It's not fast but it works, so the issue is at my address, but only between certain hours.
I was told there might be some work going on in my area and it was going to be working today, but it's worse than ever.
I'm on a monthly rolling contract and planning to cancel next week if it isn't sorted by Monday as it is unusable. Is there any other form of help available?

D/load a WIFI Analyser app; it'll show which WIFI channels are being used in your locale.
Study which channels are least/not used; switch your router to using that channel.
If it's always a problem at 8.30pm, may be down to contention issues.
