My three 5g router will not connect via ethernet cable to my shield box. I have tried 3 different cat6 cables and various hdmi cables. I have also rebooted my broadband router numerous times & factory reset my shield box 3 times, nothing seems to work.

Does anyone have a solution??????

Hello, Brian. 

Do any other devices have issues connecting to the Hub by ethernet? Does the Shield have issues connecting to other devices by ethernet? What about Wifi, does the Shield work over Wifi?
