Poor speed

Hi. I have very and very poor internet speed for a long time (since August 2024, my first month of contract) and no changes in that case. Thats wrong with Three? Could anybody solve that issue? I have a good coverage of 5G at my address but no effect - I can't work remotly, my upload speed less than 1 mbps - awful. I have already replaced SIM, changed dozen positions of device, restored setting - no changes at all.

Check out the Network Status Checker, as this will shed light on any work going on in the area or reported issues 3 are aware of.

It's really not good to know you've been having these network issues since August. Does the Network Status checker show any signs of issues?
