I joined Three home broadband last month. I have an email address hosted by Gandi and send emails through Thunderbird, and I'm finding I get repeated error messages saying my IP address has been blocked by Spamhaus. Each time I go to the Spamhaus website, apply to get my IP address removed, and within about an hour it's working again, but just a day or two later my dynamic IP address will have changed and I have to go through the whole mess again.
It's ridiculous to pay for an internet service that isn't capable of sending emails.
Is there any way around this, or am I just expected to spend the rest of my contract cleaning up Three's mess any time I want to send an email?

3 don't offer e mail service. Must be something else your end causing this.
I have no issues sending e mails on Outlook and TalkTalk addresses.
