I finally got round to cancelling my 5G broadband (a painful experience on chat for sure!). It cancelled on 2nd Jan and that was confirmed by an email on the 2nd. It also stated "We'll send you details of how to return it separately." but as of the 6th I have not had anything, checked spam of course.
Sadly I don't trust Three not to spin it out and charge for the router, how long should it take to get the return info and which is the best way to chase it up if needed please?
