Absolutely terrible experience with THREE. They keep demanding charges for a 5G Hub device I returned ages ago. I’ve contacted their customer service multiple times about this issue — each time I was promised it would be sorted, but nothing has changed.
Their customer support is completely useless, unresponsive, and incapable of resolving even the simplest issues. It feels like they’re deliberately ignoring my case while continuing to send threatening payment demands for something that isn’t my responsibility.
Disgraceful service and illegal charging practices. Avoid this company at all costs.

Same issue. Returned 5G hub, I've got receipt from post office and royal mail website shows it as delivered. But Three claim they have not received it. Contacted customer services and they say they will investigate.

If you have your proof of postage/receipt then the need for constant rhetoric would be negated. Simples!!!!
