SIM cant be found on device

I bought a 3 broadband hub on Satuday. I set it all up and it worked for around 10 minutes. It has not worked since. I have follwed all steps that have been advised online and on the app, but the sim shows as not being found on the app. This is very frustrating as I need broadband to work from home. I cannot get in touch with anybody and the online chat does not give me the help that I need
