Is anyone having trouble syncing notes on Simplenote?

Although it seems to work on non-three networks, I'm getting very uneven performance on three broadband, especially with my ipad, much less so with my computers. It's very difficult to diagnose, so if you use Simplenote, can you say whether you're getting good or bad service with it on 3?

As of 7am, 11 April 2025, Simplenote is not syncing, and simperium.com is giving the message "The connection has timed out", only on three broadband; works on other connections. Tested on ipad, iphone, macos and ubuntu linux.

Thanks for responding. Right now, for the first time since I started with three broadband at the beginning of the month, everything is working fine.

However, syncing wasn't consistently working, and I couldn't reach the related website simperium.com, for the last week or so, across multiple devices on three broadband. I did test with a number of broadband services, and it was unique to three.

I will post again if this reoccurs.

Please do let us know if you see any further issues, and we'll check how we can best investigate further if this comes back. As this is quite a specific topic, hopefully if anyone else does have this issue they'll find this thread and let us know too.

Now, 7.37, seems to be working again: simperium is reachable, and simplenote is syncing, on three broadband.

And it's stopped working again. Everything is very intermittent on three, although no problems at all using other networks.

Thanks for highlighting this @anterotesis, has this persisted over the weekend, or was this another intermittent issue?
