I’m currently using a Three MiFi 5G ZTE U50
the issue I’m experiencing is that the device keeps running at below 5Mb download, and have to hard reset it to get it to run at a normal signal based speed, but this doesn’t seem to last more than a hour before I’m at 5Mb again.
after my latest call with support, I’m now being told every time I move from place to place I have to hard reset the device so it correctly connects to the nearest mask.
in practice this means having to remove the back cover, and hard reset 3-6 times a day, and was told by tech, that this is the correct way to use the device.
im truly at a loss, and after arguing and getting no where, just being told a hard reset is the way it works, thought I would try here as a next step

Hi @Matt8,
It's disappointing to see that you're still experiencing slow speeds, and it's understandably impractical to keep resetting your hub when you need it running consistently.
How long has this been happening for?
I appreciate it's not ideal, but if there's no fix, alternative options for your account can be discussed if you aren't able to use the service.
Thanks,
Michael

Just hit 100 hard resets and counting, Three tech support absolutely useless, this is normal for a MiFi device apparently, this really isn’t.
at a loss at how to speak to anyone who understands the products they sell
