I have been asking three for hundreds times to send me a prepaid post to return their broadband device 5G which was not working from day one and also I have moved home
However, they have been ignoring my requests and giving me fake promises in order to pass the 14 days to be charged for useless device
I am reporting Three to police as well as taking them to court
