Web ui username/password 'incorrect'

I am attempting to set up my home broadband, however, when it asks for the Web ui username/password it tells me that they are incorrect. 

I have reset the device a couple times and I still receive the same error.

Is username/ password printed on router; try that.

Yep, should have said, I am entering the Web ui username and password on the base of the ZTE router.

Have you done a factory reset of your device? 

This resets the password back to the default password on the router. 

If this doesn't work, please reach out to our Broadband team for further assistance.
