Weird texts on my router number

Hey, so I don’t often check the messages on my router number but I logged in to find a few texts from 4d4d53 and I have no idea what it means , but the looks of them it’s a lost of MAC addresses or something , anyone any idea? For obvious reasons I’ve scrubbed that section

Model is nr5103e I believe, and there’s just the 3 messages, but they don’t switch to read when I open them ,

That is really strange, I've honestly never seen anything quite like this before. I'll raise this with some technical colleagues to see if we have any ideas what happened here. It looks like the screenshot was from mid-May, what period of time was this happening over, and do they seem to be continuing more recently?
