Our internet is supposed to be fast ! Whenever we watch catch-up we experience freezing , total freezing. Every weekend we have to stop, reboot , try again ! My phone shows 1 bar for internet, I'm sat next to the modem. Our modem shows 2 bars for internet , it's next to a window ! 3 is supposed to be a fast provider . We have tried reset , no difference. What's going on ?
