I have had slow to non existent coverage to my 2 unlimited data sims for almost a week now. I have contacted Three and spoken to a rep twice and have have had a conversation via the complaints proceedure via email and got absolutely no where. I’m not a novice when it come to running the usual tests so this goes beyond “some tests you can do at home” the website states full coverage in my area ********, I am a long time three customer but this is driving me away, so frustrating.

Hello there. 

Network issues are frustrating for sure. The coverage checker only confirms the typically expected coverage, it doesn't update in real time to show the current coverage based on Network issues. There's a service status page that does look for details relating to current issues, and this is probably where you're best checking. 

Of course, the support team on chat, calls or complaints should also have access to the same information and should have been able to confirm if there was a known issue in the area or not. Given you have two separate lines that are impacted, I'm guessing there was some kind of local issue? Hopefully it'll be resolved soon.
