ZTE 801a deleted phone

I am seriously frustrated by the lack of use ability features in this hub, I have only been with three home bb for about 2 weeks, OK I understand there might be a few issues, but this hub is a nightmare. So everything setup, Amazon firestick, internal CCTV, external CCTV, laptop, tablet, phone etc, ok all is good apart from youtube doesn't work, Netflix doesn't work remote view of both CCTV Internal and external. I can get round the you tube and Netflix problem with a VPN, but trying to get the CCTV setup for remote access it a joke, and in doing so I managed to delete or block my mobile phone from WiFi now it won't connect. In the router itself it shows you all things connected to WiFi and then there's and allow list and a block list, so there was nothing in the allow list so I added all my devices all good, so the I had a look at the blocked list and of course there was nothing in there but some how I managed I think to block my phone, and you would think it would be straight forward just unblock it but no it's not listed in the blocked list all I know my phone won't connect to Wi-Fi I have delete network on the phone and tried to reconnect rebooted phone and router I'm just going round in circles what a horrible un user friendly pile of crap this ZTE is.

Some mobiles phones are set to randomise their MAC address. If you have set your network to require devices to be whitelisted, you might find that the phone is not using the MAC address that you thought it was using.

Turning whitelisted devices off, or turning off MAC address randomisation should resolve that issue, assuming that's what's causing it.

Pete.
