ZTE MC888 wired connection drops

I have used MC888 hub for threedays.  but the wired connection dropped more than two times a day.  And the connection couldn't come back without manual actions,  cable unplugged and plugged in or restarting the wired device which is a WiFi Mesh. When the connection drooped, I logged in to the hub management page and there is no wired device lised on the connection table. I tried to set a fixed IP for my Mesh, but there wasn't no improvement. I tried to contact Three's support, but I can't get any help. Does anyone have some tips on this issue?
