Hi,
I have just received a ZTE MC888a router from Three. It's connected ok, and I can use it. However, I'm unable to access the Management Console, either via the web interface, or the app (the app doesn't even have this router as an option, and so fails to detect it).
I have done a pin hole reset, and keep getting the same error: username and password are incorrect.
Any ideas how to solve?
Thanks,
Ian.

Hi @IanP,
Sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your router's admin. That's really odd that the credentials on the hub are being rejected.
I've had a look at some troubleshooting for that model, when you were doing the pin hole reset, did you press the reset button for at least 10 seconds? You need to press this for quite a long time to trigger the factory reset so I think that's worth double checking.
I'm not sure there's any further troubleshooting we'll be able to do from this forum, but I'd recommend to get in touch so that the Broadband team can have a look into this for you next.
Thanks,
Jonathan
