Sorry to hear your bill is higher than expected. As this is our Community forums, we can't access account specific info like billing here. I'd recommend to log in to My3 on the main Three website, or on the Three App, and have a look at your full breakdown and itemised bill.

As @Paddiewack suggests, from there if there's charges that you don't recognise or need more info about the team should be able to help further.

Hi there. 

That's not so great. It's something I'd recommend checking into with the Support Team. You might also be able to find details of your charges within your latest bill if you're looking for answers there.
