This morning I bought a data pack for £15 the data pack was not applied to my account and instead my phone has used the £15 credit I don’t have the funds to top up again but need my phone on as I’ve two small children

I'm sorry to hear your top up has been used as credit rather than a data pack as intended. We can't access or make changes to customer accounts directly from the Community, but please discuss this with customer services, and hopefully they can help.
