New sim

I've just upgraded from a sim only contract with three to a device with a different plan, will I get a new sim card or will I keep the same one and will I keep the same phone number?

Hi @Josie211,

Generally you'll only need a new SIM if you were using an older model of phone which takes a micro/standard SIM. Nano SIMs have been the default for a long time now so this is fairly unlikely. If you've placed an upgrade you should be able to take the old SIM and insert this into the new phone, this will continue with the same number automatically.

When I upgraded from a sim only plan I kept the same number with the  same sim!
