I have ordered galaxy that 25 th July while someone advised me cash back offer on Samsung website.. later I found that was completely lie as Samsung off 2june to 2 July purchase via them or other retail including three network.. I completely understand the operator informed me without any knowledge.. so I decided to return and I received returned bang & returned on 1/8/2024 have all the proof.. also i checked Royal mail and it's says item has delivered. And I contacted three they said they waiting for confirmation.. , advice me to come back after few days.. I contacted via web chat today 12/8 and the operator said return department said they haven't received the device so sorry.. so does royal mail lie?.. this is not my problem as a customer I returned and I got all proofs... It's three problem.. they must make sure what service they offer customer.. now I have to wait for my £240 refund which they don't talk about nothing.. it's looks like they stealing from people.. it's not fair..
Does anyone had issues like this?.. could please kindly give me advice.. can I wait or go to consumer court..?..
