Does anyone know how to speak to a human for technical support?
Spent an hour going round in circles.
My issue is with Incoming and outgoing calls. They cannot hear me speaking. Also wish to make a complaint.

There's no direct contact number to the technical team. The Support Team would normally look into the issue with you, allowing them to determine what's going on, and this let's them either transfer you or arrange contact with the correct team to get it looked into further.
For logging a complaint, you can do that on the dedicated Complaints Page. There are contact options and details of the complaints processes linked within.

I was informed they couldn't transfer my call. When through process again and got same person who hung up on me.

That's not great. It might be worth considering the option of logging a complaint via the link given. The team can investigate further and try to provide a solution.
