Having trouble registering for three app

I recently upgraded and changed my phone provider from tesco to three I opted to keep my number from tesco so had it transfered 

The issue is I cannot register it on the three app it keeps saying make sure all your details are correct ( they are correct) 

But will not let me register I'm trying to see when my bill is due 

Any help would be appreciated

I'm sorry to hear that you're running into these issues registering for My3. Just to check are you using the same email address to register that you gave when we sold the contract? When did your number transfer?
