Why does this company always fob you off with rubbish after numerous chats on customer service live and telling me that as promised I'm scheduled too recieve my ezchange iphone too replace the faulty one in 5-7 days well today is 7 days and nothing and when you go on live chat I'm fobbed off again yet seem quick too send your bill out but no phone I've never felt so stressed with this company at the beginning but now there a disappointment and customer service is pathetic fed up of talking too them you ring 333 and you can't speak too a human I'm lost for words how long is people supposed too wait most phone companies exchange faulty phones in 7 days I've had no correspondence or email or nothing I'm losing the will with this company

It's disappointing to hear you're having issues with your exchange. As the iPhone is a popular phone, it's sometimes not in stock, and could delay replacements coming out to you.
You mentioned you can't talk to anyone on 333, what's happening when you call? Have you also tried livechat?

I have tried live chat and I keep getting the same reply sit and wait but as I was promised 5-7 days it's now over that and no can tell me if stock levels are low ive asked all I keep getting is we have too wait for updates then I will know ive asked too be put through for call back but no one is willing too help me it's frustrating I have a faulty phone but I'm not moving forward

And the number 333 gives me no option too speak too a human so I'm resorted back too live chat that is the only communication I can have it's very annoying my experience with three isn't something I'm liking right now

You can give our number 333 a call and if you aren't finding any specific option relating to the issue, you can choose any standard option and this will direct you to one of our agents who'll be able to assist.
