So am I, I am absolutely disgusted with the level of service. There is nothing anyone can do but apologise and say “ it will be fix within 72 hrs!…..what the hell are we paying them for? I’ve got a brand new phone, I can’t even do my banking or any thing. I am disabled, I rely on my phone but it is still not working…
