So I'm another person who fell into the trap of upgrad now and get £120 extra for your trade in/recycle on your old phone. Ingram fob it off as a three issue, three cannot give any reason as to why I haven't received my £418. Three chat is useless, advisors have no clue as to what to do, three phone line is like fort knox with no option to speak to a human. Can see 100's have fallen into the same trap as myself. Has anyone actually got there money??
Ive asked for the customer service managers email - completely ignored by the agent.
I've now complained to Financial Ombudsman Service about three and Ingram.
Next step will most likely be legal advice and possible small claims court.
Do we all need to get together and pursue this issue to get our money?
