Hi,
Try to get help from three network is like trying getting blood out of a stone. I lost my phone and I needed it to be blacklisted and added to CEIR database so the insurance can see that it's been blacklisted. Can someone with some common sense from three contact me so I can get this issue resolved. I have spoke to your live chat line nearly 5 time today and wasted hours of my time but still not resolve.

you probably need to provide the imei and proof usage/ownership.
And then I reckon it can take up to 48hours to get to CEIR database after Three's support block the imei on their side.

I did all of that but the insurer is saying that phone is not showing as black listed on CEIR database. It's a real struggle.

did Three support blacklisted your stolen device(imei)? When?
There are some websites that allow you to check an IMEI. I believe they somehow have access to CEIR data but I don't know how up to date it is. Search something like "blacklist check imei" or "check IMEI stolen"
