My answering machine turns on when I receive incoming calls. I turned off the answering machine feature on my phone, but for some reason it turns on automatically. How can I turn it off?

Hi @Master,

We never heard back from you, but @Paddiewack's response is the correct solution, unless you're referring to a device based Voicemail like Pixel take a message or iPhone Live Voicemail like I mentioned in my other response.

Hi @Master,

This wouldn't be in regards to a Pixel phone's "Take a Message" feature by any chance? We had a similar topic Changes to voicemail? which explains more about how to manage this. There's also the Live Vociemail feature for iPhone which you can find more info about here: Introducing Live Voicemail 

If it's Three's standard Voicemail, then customer services can help switch this off as @Paddiewack mentioned.

It can only be done via customer service for some reason. Contact them either by calling 333 or via live chat.
