I’m customer to 3 from 2016,i start to upgrade from September 2023-not returning IPhone device….-now tell me to Reupgrade but can t passed Credit Check…any solution please?

Hello.

I'm unsure what you mean. Did you do an upgrade in September of 2023? If so, how long was the agreement for? You also mentioned returning a phone, can you explain more about what you mean?
