Phone fault

My Samsung A16 has got a black screen and i can't turn it on. It had charge so I know it's not because of no battery.  I have only had the phone for 6 months 

Any advice how to get this repaired please

Hi @Chelle,

Samsung devices come with a 24 month warranty so provided the issue is down to a fault, and not damage you should be able to arrange a repair. Please be aware, repairs for damaged devices are usually charged for.

If Three supplied your phone you can pop into any Three store to have your phone assessed for a repair.
