Hi
Hoping someone can guide me here. I have recently bought a Pixel 10 Pro and am now considering getting the Pixel Watch 4. I have been a Three customer for years so want to stay with the network but I am hearing that I wouldn't be able to use an e-sim from Three with my Pixel Watch? Is this right or have I entirely misunderstood the situation? I'm hoping that I have as I see that Three do offer the Pixel Watch 3 but before I pull the trigger and buy one I'd like to be sure!
Any advice would be gratefully received!!

Hi @Lockside1105,
I made an enquiry on your behalf about this, and the Pixel Watch 4 LTE will be supported with our Smartwatch Pairing add ons. The page my colleagues have linked can give you a bit more info on how to set this up, the page mentions the Pixel Watch 3 specifically as that's the only currently released model we support.
Hope this helps,
Jonathan

Hey @Lockside1105
Welcome to the Three Community Page.
I've taken a look into this for you and you’ll need a Google Pixel Watch 3 to use Smartwatch Pairing at the moment.
You can find more information on this here.
Thanks, Jade.

Thank you. So Pixel Watch 4 won't work? Even if I buy one from the Google Store? Can you give me an indication of when I will be able to use the Pixel 4?

Hello there @Lockside1105,
We currently have no information on when the Google Pixel Watch 4 may be compatible.
As the Pixel Watch 4 was only revealed in recent weeks and isn't available until October, we'd recommend keeping an eye out on Smartwatch Pairing page for any updates or changes to this.
Thanks,
Michael
