I lost my iphone 15 pro max 5 months ago while travelling from bus with my daughter, may be someone one pick it from my back pocket not sure about that. I don’t have an insurance of this phone also didn’t complain to the police station due to lost hope. I just did one thing that call my network provider which is three to blacklist my phone.
luckily after 5 months I received a call by Mr KARL S. from metropolitan police station that they found my phone and please collect it from chering cross police station with the confirmation email, so next day I recovered my lost phone.
Now the problem is there is no network in my phone showing no service. When I go to “about/ physical sim/ network ” section it showing phone not allowed. I factory reset my phone three times but still problem not solved because I blacklist my phone 5 months ago.
I am right full owner of this phone. I bought it from three store with sim card contract, I am still paying remaining EMI of this phone despite lost or stolen but unable to use the all feature of this phone like calling or texting ( no signal ).
How can I remove this device from blacklist? I can give you the proofs of ownership of this phone with all details.
Kindly request you to please unblacklist it. Thanks

Hello @Vrundapatel,
I'm just checking in with you after your original post. Did you manage to chat to Customer Services and get the blacklisting status removed?
Please let me know.
Thanks,
Michael

Hello there.
If it was yourself that requested to blacklist the phone through Three, you should be able to reverse it. You'll need to speak to the support team to do that. If you no longer have the same account, the support team might need to ask you to send in those proofs, but they will let you know at the time if this is needed.
Pete.
