EE has better customer service than 3 I reported mine stolen on Friday through the ee app paid the excess, got a confirmation literally in less than a min stating my claim is approved and a replacement will be sent out to u within 5 days i was shocked of how fast they processed the claim and got a brand new sealed phone in it’s original box not even a refurbished phone on Tuesday the week after as it fell on weekend

I'm sorry to hear you've been having some problems with a lost phone issue.
Can you please confirm what's happened - has your phone been blacklisted yet?
Have you required both proof of usage/barring for an insurance claim? If so, what have you been advised so far when in touch with Customer Services?

I have reported it missing and you guys r saying it’s blacklisted when it isn’t so I have made a complaint and it has now been closed as you have said there’s nothing more you can do so I will be taking it to the ombudsman

I'm really sorry to hear that you've been trying to get this handset blocked for so long now, and that our support teams haven't been able to help so far. I've sent you a PM linking you to an escalated support team that should be able to help.
In terms of the underlying issue with the IMEI not reflecting on the database, we've received a few reports of this and an investigation is underway. This hopefully should be sorted out soon.
