Probelems with setting up a smartwatch pairing mobile plan

Can someone help.  I have a Samsung watch pro 5 LTE smartwatch pairing plan that wOULD not pair with my DEVICE AS ERROR 53305 states that i already have a paired device. After nearly 5 weeks three compliants dept stated that they will cancel smartwatch pairing plan and then i can add another one from Samsung wearables app.

No surprise but it keep saying i have already got a paired device and sane error.  I am getting nowhere with Three customer services.

 

I have spoke to Samsung who state the issue is with Three not cancelling correctly.

 

Can anyone advise please??
