I’m in the process of making a claim from my insurance for my damaged handset, which was gifted to me by my ex partner who I’m no longer in contact with. I’ve used the same handset for the past 4 years with the SIM card provided by Three.
Unfortunately I'm being told they can’t provide me with this. I find this unfair and absurd.
